Summertime is in full swing in Holly Springs. While that means vacation season for many, there’s no time off at Holly Springs Town Center where work is steadily moving ahead.

Sitework Progressing
Sitework is continuing at Town Center. While it can be hard to see the progress visually at this stage, consistent progress is being made on the underlying infrastructure that is critical to support vertical construction once it begins. This initial sitework and infrastructure phase of the Town Center project encompasses clearing, grading, excavation, earthwork, retaining walls and installation of various utilities and streets. Every day of work is another day closer to seeing Town Center start to rise!

Final Planning Coming to Conclusion
As sitework has been ongoing, we’ve also been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the final land plan for the site. If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that includes incorporating the construction of the first phase of the planned Hickory Springs Parkway into the Town Center project. We’ve also been able to release the intended site plans for new flats for lease from Walton Communities as well as new homes for sale from Stonecrest Homes that will be constructed at Town Center. With the finalization of land planning, we’ll also begin firming up more retail and restaurant components of the site in the coming months with initial pre-leasing expected to begin later this summer. Commercial space at Holly Springs Town Center is currently estimated to be completed for occupancy in Spring/Summer 2024.

Have a look at the most recent site plan on the Holly Springs Town Center website, and you may also notice that we’ve selected new street names throughout Town Center which honor several of the City’s former Mayors – a wonderful way to recognize their service to the City as well as celebrate the community that will come together here for years to come.
