New Homes Preview Event at Holly Springs Town Center
The holidays signify that a new year is right around the corner and with that comes progress in the ongoing construction at Holly Springs Town Center.
And no where was there more excitement over the progress being made than at November’s VIP Preview Event for new homes to be built at Town Center hosted by Stonecrest Homes. The evening was abuzz with anticipation as dozens of guests turned out at the Historic Holly Springs Train Depot to learn more about new homes in the heart of Town Center.
After some food and mingling, Mayor Steven Miller kicked off the event with opening remarks, recapping how progress on the site is progressing according to plan and his excitement over both the community connection and continued economic growth that this destination will bring to Holly Springs. To make this a true live, work, play destination, new city homes and townhomes from Stonecrest Homes will allow homeowners to live right at the heart of it all, just steps from all the food, fun and more.
Charles Heiser, founder and CEO of Stonecrest Homes, shared more details about the headway being made on construction based on careful planning that spanned over 18 months to include accessible parking, architectural details in conjunction with the historic style of the 1900s, as well as placement of homes, and specific type of merchants Holly Springs Town Center would like to have. Eager attendees had plenty of questions about the layout of the homes as well as the features which would be included.
Next, Itanza Sewell with Velocity Real Estate, who will handle new home sales for the project, touched on the inspiration of the Woodstock and Alpharetta downtown community, noting that Holly Springs was poised to be the next great place to be. The first new homes to be constructed will be town homes, and initial floorplans and exterior designs have been released to those interested buyers who joined the community’s VIP Interest List.
The first new home starts and sales are expected in the new year! For more information or to join the interest list, visit the Stonecrest Homes website to sign up.
