Message from the Mayor: Town Center Update November 2023
There’s a chill in the air and the holiday season is in sight! As the end of 2023 approaches, we’re so excited to report all the progress that’s been made at Holly Springs Town Center and the exciting next steps to come.
Site Development Wrapping Up
Sitework has continued to make steady progress at Holly Springs Town Center and is nearing its completion! We’ve also celebrated the completion of the new Hickory Road roundabout and the Veterans’ Memorial. The end of the site development phase sets the stage for our next phases of construction to get underway. Next up, the public parking deck will begin to rise on the northeast corner of the site, followed by the construction of the new Holly Springs City Hall and other community spaces. Meanwhile, our retail partners are working diligently on finalizing the programming mix of restaurant and retail plans for the Town Center, and we expect to have more detailed announcements on those during the first quarter of 2024.
First New Homes Sold
As forward momentum continues all across the Town Center site, the first new homes by Stonecrest Homes are approaching completion in time to ring in the New Year. With homes already under contract, we look forward to soon welcoming the first new homeowners to Town Center where they’ll have a front row seat to all the excitement to come. Looking Ahead to 2024
While 2023 has certainly served up some challenges, we are pleased and grateful to see the Town Center vision steadily coming to life thanks to the diligent work of our City and project teams.
