Spring is in full bloom in Holly Springs! And flowers aren’t the only thing that will be coming up out of the ground this season as progress continues to move ahead at Holly Springs Town Center.

Parking Deck Work Underway
Work is underway on the parking deck located on the northeastern corner of the Town Center site. This deck will provide ample free public parking with more than 300 spaces planned as well as easy access to and from Town Center along Hickory Springs Parkway. Additional surface parking and designated sites for Uber and rideshare pick up and drop off have also been planned. It’s all a part of the thoughtful design that has gone into making Holly Springs Town Center a community-focused space that will be convenient and easy to enjoy. So, get ready to park the car and stay for the day – there will be plenty to explore!

Amphitheater Moving Ahead
As forward momentum continues all across the site, plans for the Amphitheater are expected to be sent out for construction bidding soon, the first step in getting work underway for what will be one of the entertainment centerpieces of Holly Springs Town Center. The amphitheater will sit on the western side of the site nearest the railroad tracks and, when completed, is expected to play host to an array of events, entertainment, and outdoor concerts. The project team will also be working this spring and summer to beautify the amphitheater site and make it partially available for use in the coming months even as work is ongoing.

Looking Ahead
The City along with the Holly Springs Town Center project team have continued to curate and refine the final site plans and more exciting announcements are on the horizon as all the pieces come together. We are so excited to see the Town Center vision steadily coming to life thanks to the diligent work of our City and project teams. And most of all, we are so excited to share it with our Holly Springs community and our neighbors near and far.
