Mayor Ryan Shirley
2025 has been a tremendous year for Holly Springs Town Center and the Holly Springs community! As we approach the end of 2025, there are plenty of milestones to celebrate at Holly Springs Town Center and even more to look forward to as we look ahead to 2026 and beyond.
Coming Together as a Community
Event season this year at Holly Springs Town Center was a success, and it was wonderful to see so many faces, young and old, come out and join in the fun. There were great bites to enjoy at Food Truck Alley, and we took in the tunes of a diverse group of local musicians featured in our Holly Springs Harmonies free concert series. We topped it off last weekend with this year’s Holly Jolly Christmas Parade complete with sweet treats, hot cocoa, lots of smiling faces, and of course Santa and Mrs. Claus. While the structures at the Town Center site may still be under construction, the real heart of Town Center is our Holly Springs community. That is the strong foundation upon which we are building and why it’s so exciting to see people beginning to come together in the heart of Holly Springs.
Going Vertical: Amphitheatre & City Hall
In addition to completing extensive work on road projects to prepare for both vehicle and pedestrian traffic to and from Town Center, we came together to celebrate two major milestones at Town Center in 2025 – the groundbreakings for both the Amphitheatre and the new Holly Springs City Hall. One of the entertainment centerpieces of Town Center, the amphitheatre will sit on the western side of the site and is expected to play host to an array of events, entertainment, and outdoor concerts. We also broke ground on the new Holly Springs City Hall. City Hall will house all of our city offices and has also been designed with multi-purpose rooms that can be used by groups and individuals for private events when not in use by the City. The City Hall is a wonderful three-story design with an iconic clock tower and a timeless look that is a celebration of the long history of Holly Springs, and it will be an important place for our community to come together. We expect to see both the Amphitheatre and City Hall begin active vertical construction in early 2026. Keep your eyes on the skies as you drive past the site!
Looking Ahead
2026 is set to be a momentous year for Holly Springs Town Center as two of the keystone components take shape. So much work, preparation, and refinement have gone into bringing us to this point, and I know that all of you in our community are as anxious to see Town Center come to fruition as the City and Town Center teams are. With much of the infrastructure and preparation work now complete, it’s exciting to know that residents will soon begin to see even more visible activity on the site as construction moves ahead. Above all, we are excited to share Town Center with our Holly Springs community and our neighbors near and far.
